We ensure our contributors are paid fairly and strive to provide minimum wage (and most of the time above minimum wage) compensation wherever our contributors live. We also create opportunities for contributors to increase their earnings and develop their professional goals for long-term success.
We regularly review our payrates to ensure they reflect, and wherever possible exceed, local minimum wage rates.
Fair Price per Judgement Feature
The Fair Price per Judgement Feature indicates to the customer setting up the project whether the pay rate they have entered and the markets the job is open to is in line with our fair pay requirements.
We are also educating our customers by providing them with reporting about the projects they currently have that are not paying minimum wage, once the actual time per task has been able to be determined to enable our customers to make better decisions next time when setting pay rates.
