To contact Appen Support you can submit a ticket through Appen’s Crowd Support Contact us page here:
If you have a current Appen Connect account, please sign in first on the top right. By signing in, this will automatically populate necessary information from your account to help solve your request quickly.
If you do not have an Appen Connect account, simply populate the fields and submit.
Important considerations:
- Ensure your ticket includes as much detail as possible. This will greatly assist our Support Team in their investigation and help them identify where and how they can quickly resolve your issue.
- Adding a subject line will populate suggested articles that may help self-answer your question/queries. If a suggested article provides clarity, you can close out your request or if the articles do not answer your question and you’d like to reach a Support agent, continue to submit your ticket.
Once your ticket has been submitted an Appen Support Agent will address your query within 48 hours (about 2 days). Please check your email inbox (or spam folders) for updates on your ticket or requests for any additional information.
